Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 hours of delivery. We understand that selecting handmade custom knives based solely on photographs and online descriptions can be difficult. For this reason, we offer a sufficient inspection period to allow careful inspection of the item.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 14 hours inspection period to receive written return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior written confirmation will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as when shipped, unused and uncarried, with no signs of wear, scratches, sharpening, or modification. All original packaging, documentation, and materials must be included. Items showing any signs of use, carry, alteration, or damage will be returned to the sender.
If the return is approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding shipping costs and payment processing fees. Please note that payment processor fees (including PayPal and credit card fees) are non-refundable under the policies of those providers.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all return shipments are fully insured, securely packaged, and sent with signature confirmation.
Please include a brief reason for the return. In cases of buyer’s remorse or returns deemed inappropriate, a restocking fee of up to 15 percent may be applied. Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 5 percent order cancellation and restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not ship our products to third parties for engraving, scrimshaw, custom sheaths, or any other modifications.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are shipped from Riga, Latvia (European Union).
Shipping methods include Latvian Post Registered Airmail (signature required), EMS, or UPS with age verification. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Orders are not shipped on weekends, public holidays, or state holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
Parcel insurance is available upon request.
Order Processing
Available items are typically shipped within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Items marked “To Order” are manufactured individually. Production time for made-to-order items is approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on complexity and materials. Shipping occurs within five working days after completion, or according to a mutually agreed schedule with the customer.
Please note that items marked “To Order” are custom-made and require production time before shipment.
